Location

Founded in 1972 and built in several stages, Greenbriar Townhouses Cooperative, Inc., is located in the Northeast Heights of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The neighborhood is quiet, composed of single-family homes, condos and apartment communities.

Greenbriar is just west of Tramway, a state highway that runs north from I-40 to Sandia Peak Tramway before heading west to intersect with I-25. Tramway provides easy access to dozens of hiking trails that lead into the beautiful Sandia foothills and mountains. Easy access to I-40 makes it convenient to reach destinations in the Albuquerque metropolitan area.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, home improvement stores, restaurants and many small service businesses are within a few miles of Greenbriar, as well as the Lomas Tramway Library and public schools such as Manzano High School and Chelwood Elementary School.
