Greenbriar Townhouses is a housing cooperative in Albuquerque, New Mexico, one of only two in the state.

Members of the co-op contribute money, time, and effort to Greenbriar’s operation, which keeps costs lower than those of comparable properties.

Greenbriar is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Northeast Heights of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Greenbriar consists of 16 residential buildings on 10 tree-shaded acres in the Sandia foothills.

In addition to paying their monthly carrying charges in a timely manner, members are required to volunteer in the community.
