Governing Documents

Greenbriar’s governing documents lay out the ways in which each member is expected to live and behave within the community. With the exception of the Articles of Incorporation, all are “living documents,” which means they are regularly reviewed and updated to keep pace with changes in the needs of members and the laws of the greater community in which we live. Each member is responsible for becoming familiar with the governing documents.

Greenbriar’s current governing documents, listed below, are in PDF format.

Changes to the Bylaws require a majority vote of Greenbriar members. Changes to the other documents require a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
