Because Greenbriar is a not-for-profit, its member costs are kept low from year to year. While the cost of single-family homes, condominiums and townhouses in Albuquerque rose more than 77% between 2011 and 2023, the member buy-in price at Greenbriar went up just 15% during the same period.
Administrative Fees
$100 fee will be assessed during your closing when you become a Greenbriar member.
$100 fee will be deducted from your payout when you relocate from Greenbriar.
Application Fee
Each applicant 18 years of age and older must complete an application. The non-refundable fee for each applicant is $75.
