Greenbriar Campus Map

Greenbriar Townhouses Co-op is a development of 16 two-story residential buildings and a one-story office/community building on 10 landscaped acres with interior paved streets, resident parking, a small playground and pool. Each building has either eight or 12 units, each with a private patio and assigned parking. There is limited guest parking.

Lane names are completely internal.

For Google maps and post office addresses, members use their building and unit designation added to the city street name. For example: 1236 Nakomis Dr NE, Unit A, Albuquerque, NM 87112.
